Delivering the RJ4All Europe Mission and Vision
Building Bridges is guided by a broad vision informed by RJ4All Europe’s vision. It brings together the youth-led FRED campaign’s commitment to youth empowerment and RJ4All’s dedication to restorative justice principles. The project will:
- Strengthen political participationby making the electoral process more accessible and inclusive for underrepresented communities, ensuring their perspectives are acknowledged and respected.
- Educate and informyoung people—especially those from marginalized backgrounds—about their democratic rights.
- Support the creation of policiesthat are inclusive and responsive to the diverse voices and lived experiences within the community.
- Enhance voter involvementthrough targeted outreach and learning opportunities.
- Embed and promote the core valuesof Fairness, Respect, Equality, and Dignity throughout all stages of democratic engagement.
Project Objectives
- Promote access to international learning opportunities for young people in rural and marginalized communities.
- Build digital skills to reduce the digital divide in under-resourced regions.
- Encourage dialogue and mutual understanding across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Raise awareness of global frameworks like the EU Youth Goals and SDGs—and how youth can drive change.

- eLearning Program
A multilingual online course in 7 languages (English, Romanian, Italian, Greek, Somali, Arabic, and Swahili) covering:
- European Youth Goals
- Intercultural Understanding
- Peer mediation and learning to resolve conflicts using restorative justice
- Public Speaking & youth-led Campaigning informed by restorative justice
- Critical Thinking
- Youth Worker Training on restorative justice. RJ4All Europe leads on a training in Tanzania for 30 youth workers from 6 countries (Somalia, Italy, Cyprus, Romania, Kenya, and Tanzania). This aims to teach them how to support young people to manage online conflicts using restorative justice.
- Virtual Youth Exchanges
Engaging 1,000 young people in interactive, intercultural online experiences—breaking barriers, challenging stereotypes, and building empathy across borders.
