Community project and community leader prize
The prize for the community category is provided by the Center for Social Innovation, an organisation based in Cyprus.
The Center for Social Innovation (CSI) focuses on introducing and developing disruptive solutions to address social, educational, and economic problems. The CSI participate in projects that address systematic social issues by aiming tailor-made solutions to help facilitate a better quality of life.

Performing Arts prize
The prize for the Performing Arts category is provided by Odd Arts, an organisation based in Manchester.
Odd Arts delivers theatre programmes that aim to challenge and change attitudes and behaviours. They work with vulnerable and excluded groups applying restorative approaches. Their areas of expertise include reducing youth and sexual violence and radicalisation. Their workshops and projects also focus on mental health and building healthy relationships within marginalised communities.
As a sponsor for the Sailing the Mayflower, Odd Arts is offering mentoring in applied theatre/arts or social justice for the Performing Arts category. This prize will provide the winner with the opportunity to attend a workshop delivered by odd arts. Moreover, they also offer the winner the chance to make their own campaign video/film or photography exhibition on issues related to social justice.
Writing prize
The prize for the Writing category is provided by the Policy Centre for African Peoples, an organisation founded in the UK.
The Policy Centre for African Peoples (PCAP) works to enable African and disadvantaged communities to improve their lives through education. They focus in three main areas: Education, Leadership development and Social engagement. They have different programmes that support young people, such as ‘Be Educated and Fit for Life (BEFit4Life)’ and ‘Youth is Power’. Moreover, the Centre also offers mentoring and coaching services.
The PCAP is pleased to offer up to four internship positions that will enable the beneficiaries to work in one of their educational projects and acquire work experience and skills. This prize will be awarded to the winner of the writing category.
Visual Arts prize
The prize for the Visual Arts category is provided by the Blue Elephant Theatre, a theatre based in Camberwell, London.
The Blue Elephant Theatre Camberwell offers an eclectic programme of plays and family shows. Moreover, they work with schools and communities organising intergenerational community plays. They aim to make theatre practise available to anyone interested. Other forms of art also have a place in the Blue Elephant Theatre. For example, they organise and hold the ‘Elefeet Dance Festival’.
As a sponsor for the Sailing the Mayflower, the Blue Elephant Theatre is offering a gift voucher of two tickets for the winner of the Writing category.
